Justin Bieber & Usher Perform for the Rockefeller Center Tree Lighting Ceremony (PHOTOS)
The holiday season has officially begun. Live performances from Michael Buble, Katharine McPhee, Cee Lo Green and many more lit up New York City before New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg flicked the switch to light up the iconic Christmas tree in Rockefeller Center on Thursday night!
While he may not have been able to perform live at the 49th Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony, the “Christmas in Rockefeller Center” TV special featured the one and only Justin Bieber!
Justin performed “The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire)”, adding some soul to the holiday hit and proving how mature his voice is becoming. And to top it all off, Usher showed up halfway through the performance to turn the song into a duet!
Since one duet isn’t enough to satisfy our Bieber Fever, Justin also performed “Drummer Boy” with Busta Rhymes and debuted the music video for his music video and duet of “All I Want For Christmas Is You” with Mariah Carey today, Dec. 1.
