As others have said, too, she lost the weight through not much power of her own. You cannot necessarily eat when you undergo throat surgery. The main concern should not be her weight, but that she is doing well after throat surgery. I will admit, though, that losing weight could be good for her health and so hopefuly she will maintain this new body. I LOVE her voice, by the way...a big fan! One of the few young singers that can ACTUALLY sing (along with Mary J., Jill Scott, Aguilera, Winehouse (RIP) to name a few!)

For Pete's sake. I hate it when gossip sites say these stars 'show off' or 'flaunt' their whatever. She's walking somewhere looking normal and not 'done up'. And, she didn't go on a diet to lose weight - she basically starved because she had serious throat surgery. So commenting on how she must 'celebrate' seems awful!!!
She looks like someone who lost weight because they just had throat surgery and couldn't eat. She usually looks a lot better in my opinion, but in this weight obsessed culture, I guess we're better off applauding her for needing surgery.
Adele should win every Grammy she's nominated for.
