Janet Jackson has admitted in the past that she has issues with food, and, as you may or may not recall, the pop icon graced the July 2005 cover of Us Weekly claiming she shed 60 pounds in just four months. Now, Miss Janet is back in the headlines for her weight loss, but this time it seems she’s taking a more healthy approach.
The entertainer disclosed that she is now the new spokesperson for Nutrisystem. In an interview with Good Morning America this week, Janet said of her new regimen, “It’s a matter of learning how to keep it off, that maintenance and they have a program for that.”
Janet also said her goals aren’t just to be skinny like they used to be.
“My success plan is to be healthy and feel good about me.” Way to go Janet! Looking good for 45!

Adele is a beautiful person inside and out. I think as long as she is happy it should not matter if she is a size 2 or 22. Not everyone in Hollywood needs to be a stick figure. Adele just needs to be healthy that is all anyone can do. I am glad that she is a thick girl, she looks like a real person unlike almost everyone else in Hollywood. Adele don’t feel pressured to be anything that you are not. <3
