He’s one of the biggest stars in Hollywood and he’s still looking just as good as he did in his Risky Business days. Nearly 50, Tom Cruise‘s piercing eyes and big toothy smiles are still causing women everywhere to swoon!
On Tuesday night, the actor showed up, chiseled jaw and all, for the premiere of Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol and he looked just as sexy as the first time he set foot on the red carpet back in the 80s.
