We can’t get over how big Honor is getting!

Jessica Alba was seen doting on her 3-year-old daughter in Santa Monica on Friday afternoon, as the two did some last minute Christmas errands. Looking positively adorable, little Honor was wearing a pink skirt that mimicked a tutu, and matched it with a black coat. Mom kept things casual and comfy in jeans, boots and a sweater.

It looks like holiday preparations are starting to take their toll on the 30-year-old mother of two!

Jess, who welcomed daughter Haven Garner in August, tweeted:

“so tired -hitting the hay. Nighty night tweeples”

We don’t blame her!
