Maybe Hollywood should cast her as the new Wonder Woman! After just two weeks on the mend from surgery, Giuliana Rancic is back on the E! News set. The veteran entertainment reporter recently underwent a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery.

"It feels great to be back at work," she told E!. "I wasn't sure whether I was going to return to E! News this week or after the new year. The last thing I wanted to do was rush my recovery."

She added: "Thankfully, I've been feeling better every single day since surgery and this weekend my doctors gave me the green light to get back to work. Even though I moved a tad slower than usual today, everyone welcomed me back with open arms and it was a wonderful homecoming."

Giuliana has been extremely forthcoming about her cancer battle, making the announcement on the Today show. She has continued to chronicle her journey with appearances and interviews, showing a brave face and inspiring women around the world.

She told Wendy Williams before her surgery:

“I love my girls… but I’ll feel more like a woman when this is all done. I’ve grown so much from this experience. I think scars are beautiful.”

She had reconstructive surgery which means she has new boobies and I am sure her husband is not going to leave her. Some people are just downright ignorant posting stupid crap like yours.

God is great! Wow...I know you are thanking Him! I have never been through breast (or any type ) cancer, but I have known people who do or have. I see people whom go through it (whether deceased or survivors) as BRAVE warriors...what a rocky road! But with faith and! So glad for you, Giuliana! : )

Ms. Giuliana,I am so glad that you are doing so well after your surgery. God has Blessed you and I am Praying for you. My best friend has just gone through all the chemo and radiation within the last 9 months. Breast Cancer is a horrible killer and I just wished my sister had been as lucky as you were. God Bless You.
