    i love a good sun salutation to warm my whole body and get me ready for my day. i enjoy vinyasa yoga because the flow of a workout (even if it is just 10 minutes!) really keeps me interested and focused. p.s. i'm working towards my 200 hours through yogafit!

    fav workout move is the pushups. works a lot more muscles than you think! arms, back, tummy and legs!!! or swimming, it works every muscle and it is super fun as well!

    I love yoga and Zumba. I love the cardio part of Zumba, but the breathwork and stretching in yoga is so vital. Child's pose is my favorite.
