Jennifer Hudson Shows Off Her '80 Pounds Lighter' Body on Good Housekeeping Cover
Jennifer became the spokesperson for Weight Watchers shortly after she gave birth to her son David, Jr. with fiance David Otunga. However, the Dreamgirls star really opens up about how she did it, who she never could have done it without and how she fights cravings.
"I’ll find a calm, peaceful moment, and I’ll sit back and eat my chocolate, which I make sure is really good quality, too. Quality over quantity! She tells Good Housekeeping. Early on, I remember one of the musical directors telling me that everything about me was too big," she says. “My voice, my size, and my personality.”Hudson said she asked musical director, “Isn’t that what being a star is? Stars are larger than life!"
