NSync's JC Chasez Saves Baby on the Beach! Plus More Celeb Heroes (PHOTOS)

JC Chasez knows all the right moves -- even stepping in to save a one-year-old baby's life. The America's Best Dance Crew judge was lounging in Miami when a helicopter flying too close to the ground sent an umbrella flying across the sand and headed right for the young infant. Thankfully, he quickly took action and stopped the umbrella from hitting baby Shirel and her mother, Netali Nissim.

"I want to tell him thank you from the bottom of my heart. If it had not been for him, my daughter could have been seriously hurt," Netali told People.

Meanwhile, JC's former Nsync pal Justin Timberlake has some big news himself. JT's grandmother confirmed that he proposed to Jessica Biel over the holiday, adding that she is "excited" for them.

And it appears that Jessica has grandma's approval, adding that Jess is a “lovely, sweet girl.” Aww!
