Anne Hathaway ended 2011 with an engagement, but was recently seen taking her pup on a walk around the big apple without that gorgeous piece of bling.

Braving the bitter NYC cold, The Dark Knight Rises actress was bundled up in a cute crimson scarf, jeans, and a black jacket.

With such an amazing piece of jewelry, we bet she doesn't like to wear it just any where!

It was announced in November of last year that Anne was engaged to her long time love Adam Shulman.
