Kyle should have pulled her hair into an elegant updo. The dress is -so-so, but this is definitely not “Worst Dressed”.
For a co-host of the Fashion Police, Kelly should not have worn something so tragic. I hope her colleagues will give her a piece of their mind. No pulling of punches.

The arms, high neckline, and flower on the waist make the upper part of the dress appear childish! plus it is accentuating her rectangular shoulders, making her appear less than feminine. This dress just doesn’t show the beauty that is jessica biel!

This dress is beautiful. The colour compliments her skin tone, the lace is soft but its shaping gives it structure. It’s on trend and compliments her figure perfectly. I don’t know where this negative judgement is coming from.

A model like Jessica Biel should know more about proper posture. Hunched shoulders and pigeon toes do nothing for her. Neither does this dress.
I don’t think that his should be one of the ‘worst’. The dress and hair are stuning but they cought her in this picture with the wrong attitude.
