Lindsay Lohan remained uncuffed after her court appearance Tuesday afternoon in Los Angeles, but should the fashion police still be called out?

The 25-year-old actress is now notorious for her array of courtroom styles, and today's outfit was no exception. The Mean Girls star showed up in a pair of black high-waisted trousers that she paired with a light blue top and matching cardigan. This may even be her most conservative piece yet.

Lindsay has really cleaned up her act within the past few months and received high praise from Judge Stephanie Sautner. “Keep doing what you’re doing,” the judge replied. “You appear to be doing very well.”
