Jim Carrey Gets Visit From Daughter Jane On 'Burt Wonderstone' Set (PHOTOS)
Don't let the bumps and bruises worry you. Jim Carrey is just roughed up for his magic role in The Incredible Burt Wonderstone. The funnyman got a special visit from her daughter Jane on Tuesday while shooting on the Los Angeles set of the comedy.
While Jim is doing what he does best, physical comedy, Jane is looking to get some star power of her own. On Sunday night's American Idol, the Hollywood heir auditioned for American Idol.
Jane, 24, sang Bonnie Raitt’s "Something to Talk About," and got a golden ticket! She's going to Hollywood!
Meanwhile back on the Burt Wonderstone set, Jim has been looking more like Criss Angel than Ace Ventura. The actor is channeling his inner magician for this new hilarious role, portraying character Steve Haines. The movie description reads: “After breaking up with his longtime stage partner, a famous but jaded Vegas magician (Steve Carrell) fights for relevance when a new, ‘hip’ street magician (Jim) appears on the scene.”
