She’ll no longer be a Teen Mom at the end of a five-year prison sentence! Amber Portwood is facing just that — unless she completes a drug rehab program (c’mon, you know there was a loophole, this is celebrity justice people!)

According to TMZ, the reality mom has reached a plea bargain that will allow her to complete a court-ordered program in lieu of spending time behind bars. Rehab vs. the Big House? She’ll take door number two!

As reported, the troubled mom was arrested in December for drug possession. She also failed to provide a urine sample, which she is required to do as part of her probation.

Amber has had her fair share of troubles. She was charged with domestic battery in 2010 for hitting her baby daddy, and went to rehab this past June following a suicide attempt.
