Dakota Fanning was quite the fashionista as she went out to lunch with a few girlfriends on Monday in New York City. Bundling up in a pink coat, the 17-year-old actress made quite a fashion statement with her glitter, mirror sunglasses. She also returned to her all-blonde ‘do after sporting some fun crayon-colored hair earlier in the month.
