And by the way Kathleen ^ The movie would be unbelievably birong for teens if the other relationships had more screen time. You’re obviously not a teenager yourself. Don’t get me wrong, I would hate it if they changed the story to add in more stuff, that’s just selfish and greedy, but as a 14 year old girl I think my friends and I would agree that our peers would love it if Peeta, Gale and Katniss got a little more attention to their love triangle crap than it did in the book. But I’m not sure what guys would think about it :/
I agree with Kathleen and I’m a 14 year old girl!! I mean I want romance, but I want it cseond! NOTHING TOO SPICY/STEAMY PLEASE!!! I’m OK w/ kisses and stuff, but nothing more b/c in the books (the real story) there wasn’t anything more!!!!!! Plus, all guys who ever liked the series would hate it!! PLEASE STICK TO THE ORIGINAL PLOT!!
I’m most looking forward to seeing the bond between Rue and Katniss. What Katniss does after Rue’s death is what truly shows the beginning of Katniss’ rebellion against the Capitol. And that’s something I’m really excited to see.
I’m really looking forward to watch the whole movie, but specially when Katniss throws that arrow into the District 1 boy, defending Rue. That shot would be awesome. Also when she decorates Rue’s body with flowers and sings for her. One of the most emotive scenes of whole time.
I also really want to see the bond between Katniss and Rue. I cried my eyes out when I read the part when Rue died, I can only imagine how it’ll be when I see it in the movie.
I can’t wait to see Katniss and Peeta’s first kiss!
I most look forward to seeing the cave scenes between Peeta and Katniss because there is so much between them at that point. I really want to see how well Jennifer and Josh do with the roles during these scenes.

I really hope the scenes in the cave get enough screen time. When I read the book for the first time, this whole situation made my heart beat faster! It must be so difficult as a actress/actor to get across that Peeta is truly in love with Katniss, then Katniss thinks it’s all for the crowd so she reacts accordingly.. yet Peeta thinks she may be serious.. I just can’t wait to see how Josh and Jennifer make these scenes come alive!
I am most looking forward to seeing the dresses and all of the styles that the people in the capitol will be dawning…of course the “girl on fire” fire dress will be #AMAZEBALLS!
I can’t wait to see the sceens from the Cave. I think that is the point of the book where we see Katinss grow before our eyes. We see her taking risks and doing what she has to do to keep those she cares for alive. And most, importantly, I feel like it is here where she learns there are things worse than death.
I’m most interested in how they’re going to adapt the nightly updates on the deaths in the arena and the canons firing each time a Tribute dies. This was a very interesting concept in the book and I can’t wait to see how this will be done on the silver screen!

I can’t wait to see Katniss’ first appearance on TV. It’s where she takes the first step towards starting the revolution (even though she isn’t aware of it). Also, I can’t wait to see Peeta declare his love on national television!

I’m most looking forward to Katniss singing to Rue while she is dying. Even though its a sad scene, I am most looking forward to it cause of all the emotion that should be portrayed in it.

You are correct, I am not a tengaeer. But I am a young adult (22), and I can’t say that my age would necessarily make a difference in my thoughts on steamy’ romance I’m sure I would have felt the same way 5 years earlier. I must respectfully disagree that adding parts to other relationships would be boring, since I didn’t find the characters or their relationships boring at all, but I suppose that’s just an opinion. It’s not that I don’t want to see Gale’s reactions to the games and so on and so forth, I just don’t want that to be overloaded into the story when, relationship-wise, I’d rather see things like Prim and Katniss together when they were younger, or more of Finnick or the other victors. (I mean, who doesn’t want to see more of Finnick? haha). Overall, I just don’t want the production to forget that the romance in THG is brilliant but still secondary to the deeper themes in the novels, I guess.
I liked and shared on FB (Amy Jones). I cannot wait to see the first entrance into the battlefield!
I can’t wait to see the looks of the Gamemakers faces when Katniss shoots the arrow at them when she is being judged. The fact that she does that is pretty baller, and reminds me of what I wish I could sometimes do when no one is paying attention.

I’m dying to see the ‘Boy with the Bread’ scene, Peeta’s interview with Ceasar Flickerman and the scenes from the cave. You really get to see Peeta and Katniss’ relationship bloom and grow through these key moments. I cannot wait to see what Gary Ross, Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson do with those scenes!
I am excited to see the Capitol scenes, and the scenes that they added that arent in the movie, like how the Capitol people react while watching, as well as everything with Effie and Haymitch!
I can’t wait to see any scene with Rue and also their chariot ride.
I am so excited to see when they’re actually fighting in the games, it’ll be interesting to see the special effects:). Also I’m excited to see when they train beforehand and show off their special skills!
EVERY SINGLE SCENE that has Peeta. Josh Hutcherson, even though you aren’t a natural blonde, you have my heart. I’d bake for the boy with the bread any day.

I’m most excited to see the last scene at the cornucopia! When Katniss Peeta and Cato try to fend off the dogs. I mean it’s a PG-13 rating and I’m just super excited to see how they pull that whole scene off, Cato being devoured by the dogs and what not.
I can’t wait to see when Katniss performs her skills for the capitol and shoots an arrow through the apple in the pigs mouth!! GO KATNISS:)
I really want to see Rue’s lullabye
It’s defintely a tie between two scenes for me! The first is when Rue dies and Katniss sings her the lullaby and braids the daisies into her hair. It was a really beautiful moment and I cried when I read it, so I want to see how they bring it to life on screen. The relationship between Rue and Katniss is so real and raw in that moment that I can’t wait to see Amandla & Jennifer portray it.
And the second that ties with it is when the wolf mutts are attacking Cato, Katniss, & Peeta. It was written so well that, even though I hated Cato, I still felt awful for him to have to be dying slowly like that. It was a terrifying moment, even on paper. I’m really looking forward to seeing it in the film! I can’t wait to see them bring my favorite scenes to life!
I definitely cannot wait for The Capitol scenes. Judging from the scenes in the trailer, they seem amazing! And I also cannot wait to see Woody Harrelson portray Haymitch and Donald Sutherland portray President Snow. They are amazing actors and I think they are going to do them justice.
I can’t wait to see all of it! (Obviously) I’m really looking forward to watching the scene with the berries! I just can’t wait to watch how they recreate such a powerful scene! After all, the rebellion was started with just a handful of berries…
I’m most excited to see the scene when Katniss and Peeta are going to eat the berries to kill themselves. It’s one of the most important things in the whole series, so I hope it’s done well!

Hey! I am definitely most excited to see Katniss and Peeta in the cave! I loved their relationship from the beginning and loved reading that part of the book! I am a huge fan of the Hunger Games and can’t wait to see more 100 Days of Hunger Games!
I am most looking forward to seeing all the tributes come alive on film, the characters are so complex and i think the actors chosen to portray them will do a fantastic job! The scene I am most looking forward to would definitely be Katniss and Peeta in the cave ;)
Ah wow, the scene I’m most looking forward to? There are too many to choose from! Any scene where Katniss and Peeta are together. I love their storylines in the books. I think the most sad scene would hands down be where Rue is killed. I’m most excited about those because the way Suzanne Collins wrote about them in the book is both heartbreaking and breathtaking. I just can’t wait to see the movie and see her words come more to life on the big screen! I say ‘more to life’ because they’re already alive in my head. :)
I am really looking forward to seeing the scene where katniss is chased by the career pack and she climbs up to a tree where no one can come after her. That’s when she realises Peeta has teamed up with the carreers so I believe this will be a pretty intense scene.
I’m most excited to see the scene where Katniss drops the tracker jacker nest on her enemies. This movie is going to be great!

There are so many scenes I a m dying to see! But the most I would like to see.But the most I would like to see the scene in which Katiss leaves Peeta to go fight for the cure for him.

The Hunger Games is a book that makes you want to keep on reading. It ractupes you and draws you in to read more and more. It is about the future, of the remaining ruins of North America, but is now called Panem. The cruel people from the capital select two people from each districts (there are twelve districts) to fight in the Hunger Games. Katniss is the main character and is from district twelve. Katniss takes the place of her sisters’ in The Hunger Games and is to be paired up with Peeta. Katniss overcomes her fears as she fights her way to the top, and becomes victorious.
The scene in The Hunger Games that I’m dying to see the most is probably where the muttations come into the arena and Katniss, Peeta, and Cato are all fighting to stay alive. Of coarse we all know that the muttations end up torturing Cato, and I can’t wait to see how they act out that scene and show it to the viewers while still having a pg-13 rating. Then Katniss is very merciful even though he has tried to kill her and she shoots him with her bow. I think it was one of the scenes in the book that was hard to read and not tear up, and Im sure it will be the same way in the movie. It really shows one of Katniss’ weaker sides. Cato has been trying to kill her, and Peeta, yet she feels remorce for him having to go through all of this. It makes me feel bad for Cato to, and Im sure for many other readers. And once Katniss does this it’s down to her and Peeta and who’s going to kill the other, neither of them wants to do it and neither of them wants the other to die. When they put the berries up to their mouths you wonder if they will both really do it, and if they do will they both die at the same time, could they even save one of them after the other dies? It’s just a really suspenseful scene and it makes you care for the characters even more and put yourselves in their shoes, it’s as if you’re there with them seeing all of this take place. I deff can’t wait to see it.
I want to see the scene where they first announce that two tributes from the same district can win because that’s really the turning point for me. I’m curious to see how Jennifer will portray Katniss’s reaction to the announcement. Maybe they’ll even cut to Peeta to let the audience know how he reacts. SO pumped!
I CANNOT WAIT FOR THE ACTUAL GAMES. ITS THE BEST PART OF THE BOOKS AND IT GOING TO BE SO EPIC ON SCREEN!

The Cornucopia is going to be the most exciting part – it is the climax after all. That moment we’ve been waiting for when anything can happen . . . when you read the book this is the part you stayed up all night to read . . . it is the moment of truth when we see what Katniss is made of.
My son will be my date! I can’t wait to see Katniss volunteering at the reaping, singing the lullabye to Rue, fighting for the medicine for Peta, inadvertently showing her arrow skills before the games, and on and on ….
