This week, Celebuzz saw our fair share of fashion, smack talk, and drama. Sunday’s 2012 SAG Awards brought about a sudden style showdown when Ashlee Simpson wore a Jenny Packham gown that looked similar to the one Vanessa Hudgens sported at this year’s People’s Choice Awards. Elizabeth Banks also caused quite a stir when she remarked that Twilight lacked stakes compared to The Hunger Games in a recent interview.

So who else got the town talkin’ this week? Read all about it below!

Reese Witherspoon turned heads in a glittery green frock at This Means War’s London premiere. The dress wowed critics but sadly failed to impress fans. At least 30% of Celebuzz readers gave Reese’s mini a big fat nay.

Speaking of fashion misses, many starlets missed the mark at this year’s Screen Actors Guild Awards. Unlike our picks for best dressed, these ladies failed to wow in terms of wardrobe. Lea Michele showed a little too much skin, while Kristen Wiig choked in bulky jewelry. Amber Riley bowed out in a big bow. For more SAGs fashion flops, check out the gallery below.

There was a lot of tension at the X Factor camp this week when host Steve Jones and judges Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger all announced that they will not be returning for the show’s second season. A source close to Abdul told People that the “Straight Up” singer was fired by producers.

“Simon and I, along with Fox and Fremantle, have been communicating about this for a while now, and I have absolute understanding of the situation.,” Paula said in an official statement.

Brad Pitt and Jonah Hill recently revealed that the pair shared a bit of hijinx on the Moneyball set.

“They gave us golf carts. I had Jonah’s cart rigged,” Pitt said in a interview on the Today Show. “Whenever he turned it on it would blast: ‘Wake me up before you Go-go.’ … It was pretty good, I gotta say.”

But apparently that wasn’t the end of it! Check out Jonah’s detailed explanation of the prank below!

Meanwhile, it was a battle of the scruffy versus the clean-shaven when Tom Hardy and Chris Pine stepped out at the London premiere of This Means War. Do you prefer the bearded Hardy or the slick and smooth Pine? Click through the pics and sound off in the comments below!
