It suits him, probably because he was naturally blond as a child. The Star Trek character Kirk is fair which is why his hair is lighter in colour. I really don't mind what colour his hair is - it is up to him (or the film studio). One thing is - he does appear happier and more relaxed. Maybe it is true that blonds do have more fun. Dunno.
