The Celebuzz readers have spoken! Rihanna was all smiles in Hollywood on Thursday as she debuted her blonde ‘do. The hair is reportedly for a new Elle magazine photo shoot. The 23-year-old singer tweeted: “#Back2Work 1st Cover of the year!!! #ELLE”
