Kate Middleton Stuns During National Portrait Gallery Visit (PHOTOS)
The Duchess of Cambridge was seen at the National Portrait Gallery in London on Wednesday, and was gorgeous in a gray collared dress. Adding a touch of bling, the 30-year-old newlywed was wearing her signature diamond bracelet, as pointed out by our friends at Socialite Life. The trip to the gallery was very exciting for both Kate and those who frequent there, as Kate has a degree in art history from St. Andrews University (where she met her now husband, Prince William).
Also, it is reported that Kate will be sitting for her own portrait very soon.
Regarding Kate’s visit, the gallery director Sandy Nairne told the Evening Standard (via Socialite Life):
“It’s very exciting. She came to see us last September when she was deciding which organisations to support. She was fizzing with intelligent questions.”
And in terms of her very own portrait, Nairne said:
“It’s very early days, but we’ve started a discussion. It will be at least the summer before there’s anything concrete and we can start to look for an artist.”
