Giuliana Rancic Rocks Black Belted Dress At 2012 Grammys (PHOTOS)

Giuliana Rancic was all smiles as she made her way down the 2012 Grammys red carpet Sunday afternoon in Los Angeles.
The E! News host rocked a strapless black belted dress, which bounced beautifully off of her brown highlighted locks. We approve!
Giuliana has had a bit of a rough couple of months. In December, she underwent a double mastectomy after being diagnosed with breast cancer.
At the end of 2012, Giuliana told Celebuzz exclusively that she had been given “a second lease on life.”
