Kelly Osbourne Shimmers at 2012 Grammy Awards Red Carpet (PHOTOS)
The E! Fashion Police c-host hit the red carpet at the 2012 Grammy Awards on Sunday evening in LA and looked gorgeous in a sparkly, one-shouldered gown. And it looks like she has added a touch of purple to her ever-changing 'do. It's definitely an improvement from the gray!
Kelly tweeted about her red carpet preparations and said:
