Katy Perry Shooting New Video On Military Base - First Photo!

Earlier today, Katy Perry was spotted filming a video for her single, "Part of Me." In a new photo found on KatyPerryLately.com, the singer is wearing a military uniform and even dons a cropped black wig. According to Perez Hilton, she is shooting the military-themed video at Marine Corps base Camp Pendleton in Oceanside, California.

More photos from the video shoot have surfaced online, including one that shows Katy standing in a store and another of her in a pool with a soldier -- still wearing the army fatigues. We certainly can't wait to see this video!

Over the weekend, Katy hit the stage at the Grammy Awards and belted her new hit “Part of Me,” which appears to be about her estranged husband, Russell Brand. The lyrics go into a little detail about her heartache:

"Your love was cheap, was always tearing at the seams. I fell deep and you let me drown.... You can kick the diamond ring. It don’t mean anything anyway."
