Kim and Kourtney Kardashian stopped by Il Tramezzino to sit down for a sisterly lunch this Friday. The stylish siblings were perfectly coordinated in cream-colored ensembles. Kim wore a sleeveless blouse tucked into high-waisted pants while her pregnant sister opted to go casual and comfy — sporting a loose-flowing sweater and jeans.
