Bethenny Frankel Reveals She Had a Miscarriage & Esophageal Ulcer (VIDEO)

Bethenny Frankel has had a rough few months and finally opened up about her recent medical scares while on Today. First, the reality star revealed that she had an ulcer in her esophagus after taking a pill without enough water. Thankfully, Bethenny is doing fine now -- but that wasn't the only medical concern bothering her.

B also revealed that she and husband Jason Hoppy, who have a daughter together, tried for baby number two. But after eight weeks, she had a miscarriage. Bethenny, 40, began to cry as she discussed her struggles to get pregnant again, saying:

“That was a very emotional experience. Thinking about woman who can’t have their own baby….I’m really lucky and I’m grateful for my first child. Until you become a woman, you don’t know the things that come with it….The window is closing and it’s something I’m dealing with.”

Back in August, Celebuzz chatted with B about whether or not she wanted more children. She candidly told us:

“I’m not sick of the baby questions because every time I hear it, it makes me think about what the answer is — and I honestly don’t know. It is something I really have to think about. It sucks not to be 20. I mean, I love where I am, but it sucks not to have time on your side, so you can wait to make a decision. I know people who are 33 that have that luxury. I don’t have that luxury. I’m not Kelly Preston. That’s very lucky, and she’s very fortunate.”
