Nick Jonas Splits with Girlfriend Delta Goodrem
Another one of Hollywood’s couples are calling it quits as Nick Jonas and his Australian girlfriend Delta Goodrem are splitting after 10 months together.
The couple announced their break up through a joint media statement released by Goodrem’s rep. It reads:
“Nick and Delta have decided mutually to end their relationship. At this point in time, they are both focused on their careers as they go on different paths. They remain friends and wish each other the best for the future.”
Nick and Delta first stepped out together in May last year following the end of Delta’s engagement to singer Brian McFadden. Despite their eight-year age difference, the two got quite serious as they collaborated on songs and met one another’s families.
Jonas is currently performing on Broadway in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying amid rumors of a Jonas Brother reunion. Meanwhile, Delta is gearing up to judge and coach on Australia’s version of The Voice.

I mean what could they have had in common besides sex, and that ran its course. She’s way too old for him and he’s too young for her.
Nick is abstinent so it couldn’t be sex. He’s a christian, though everyone seems to think that you can’t date someone without sex.
Sorry. But everyone was saying she LOVED all the attention. She certainly was always looking at the camera. Now as soon as he’s busy and can’t travel around for photo opps, it’s all over. HMMMM.
To be honest, I’m not all that surprised about this. This relationship had “Rebound for Delta” written all over it. And I kind of agree with LEM by the whole thing being PR for her. It seems like a lot of opportunities came up for her when she started dating him. That’s how I’m looking at it. I just hope this doesn’t wound Nick and put him in a depressed mood. Just because they say it was a mutual decision doesn’t mean it was truly how a person feels. But who knows? Maybe it was actually mutual. I mean, even though we don’t know what happened behind closed doors, Nick and Delta probably actually got something out of their relationship.
I’m a fan of Delta, have been for 8 years and I just think that it ran it’s course. It was never going to work, like Harry Styles and Caroline Flack (if you know who they are). People can’t judge or really know, though, because we don’t know the full story. Nor should we know.
He was just on Jimmy Fallon singing a song from his Broadway show. He looked very happy and sang very well. So I guess it wasn’t all that serious. He’s 19. There’s lots more life to be lived.

Okay I’m so late on this but all Delta wanted was to be seen with Nick everywhere they went. I mean, look how many photos there are! And Sola, I don’t think Joel would leave Nicole for Delta, they have two children together and plus, I think her father Lionel Richie would kick his ass for it too. So I doubt your a psychic. This so called psychic told me one time that I’d die in the car accident that I was in back in 06, I’m still here.
