Beyonce is ready to drop her excess baby weight and going to extreme measures. According to Star, the “Love on Top’ singer reportedly is living in B and Jay-Z’s home to whip the new mom into shape with two-a-day workouts. B, who gave birth to daughter Blue Ivy Carter on Jan. 7, is hoping to lose 40 lbs. A source tells the magazine:

“Beyonce and Marco are up at 5 a.m. for a two-hour workout, and they do it again at 5 p.m. They do a mix of cardio, Pilates, plyometrics, yoga and, of course, dance.”

Beyonce is also reportedly watching what she eats is “living on protein shakes, egg-white omelets, pineapple chunks and lots of ice-cold water.”

Earlier this week, Beyonce stepped out with her hubby for the Knicks/Nets basketball game. She looked amazing, sitting courtside for a night out with her man.
