Though she was all smiles as she launched her new Eyelashes by Eylure on Wednesday outside Los Angeles, Calif., Katy Perry exhibited a lot of shades of blue. The estranged wife to Russell Brand looked like a character off The Simpsons as she smiled in front of an old antique blue car that perfectly matched her hair and dress.
