Let's hear it for the boys!

Sure, gals like Emma Stone and Jennifer Lopez got most of the attention at the 2012 Oscars, but we'll admit, some of the best dressed stars of the night were the men.

From George Clooney to Brad Pitt to Jean Dujardin, these men added a touch of class to the classic tuxedo look.

Check out our picks of the best dressed men at the 2012 Oscars in our gallery above, then be sure to let us know your picks in the comments!

He looks dressed very nicely though we usually think of the white shirt. He looks really put together and triimmed well. Can''t see the rest of his outfit so we don't know the length or the hang of them though they look nice where they meet the jacket. I like that his shirt doesn't show below the button. I'd give him a good grade. Did you notice the men don't get A b C, etc?

Colin Firth does look very nice. The pants fall onto his shoe but is not buckled up at the bottom (that I hate) but his jacket is just a bit short, about 1/2-1" as it doesn't come down to his first knuckle and it leaves the pants looking too long and doesn't come to the right place for the button. But if Brad Pitt is on there as one of best, his pants were terrible. They didn't fit at all. The top of him might look fine but unless you see the whole length of him, you can't tell that he is dressed badly, though his hair and beard are very unkempt.

Jonah looks dapper in Ermenegildo Zegna!

Brad Pitt? Didn't anyone notice that his pants did not fit him? Fit is everything in men's wear and his baggy pants ruined the elegance of the line. It seems like a lot of this rating of best dressed is really lazy or in thrall of designer and star names. Look at the usually elegant Mr. Clooney. This year he wore this over-tight cartoonish tie and oversized silver shirt studs and rather than call him out on it, everyone gave him a pass. The logic seems to be: "He's Clooney. Clooney has always been elegant before. So whatever weirdness he has suddenly done must be considered elegant." No, I'm sorry, but this year he did not look good. Appropriate, of course (unlike, say, Jonah Hill) but good? Not really.

If I were at the Oscars, I would not wear the same ole Armani black tux like everyone else, nobody stands out, You would see me in a crisp white w/black trim blazer, black tie, black dress pants and some sharp Stacy Adams shoes (ole' school) and some black Dior shades. I think that is the the sleekest look ever. Take that Brad Pitt, may just catch the eye of Miss Angelina.
