Katy Perry Still Blue At Elton John's Oscar Bash (PHOTOS)
The California Gurls single arrived with her now-famous blue hair, which she matched with a sparkly gray and black-patterned dress. She was later seen partying it up with many of the guests at the event, including, of course, Elton John.
Katy recently finalized her divorce from husband Russell Brand. Her new single, Part of Me, is currently number one on the Billboard Hot 100 charts.
