I swear, if you saw a "regular" person walking down the street wearing anything like this, any body would laugh, point and make fun of it. Prolly even take pics on their phone to post on facebook so their friends can join in on the laugh too. But because it's a famous person (looking like she hasn't showered in days and got dressed in the dark) wearing it, it's "fashion" WTF? I think it's ugly and gross and I guarantee any person that is not a celeb or a hooker would not be caught dead in this look, rich or poor.
