Kelly Clarkson to Star in New Singing Competition 'Duets,' Will You Watch? (POLL)

Forget American Idol. The first season winner Kelly Clarkson is joining Lionel Richie, Robin Thicke and Sugarland's Jennifer Nettles for a a new singing competition show, called Duets, which premieres this summer. The celebrities will serve as mentors and search the country for two singers who will be their duet partners.

"What first drew me to the whole idea of the show, Duets, was the fact that it was kind of completely different, in the sense that we would actually get to collaborate with the artist that we choose," Clarkson said in a trailer for the show.
