Cops: Whitney Houston Death Investigation Not Closed
The Beverly Hills Police Department has not closed its investigation into the death of pop diva Whitney Houston, it's been revealed.
Whilst Houston death was caused by accidental drowning, the Los Angeles Assistant Chief Coroner Craig Harvey said the singer used cocaine "in the time period just immediately prior to her collapse in the bathtub at the hotel."
However, no traces of the drug were found in Houston's suite at the Beverly Hilton when she died on February 11.
TMZ reported the individual who removed the cocaine was also the person who supplied it to 48-year-old Houston.
Cops could charge any person with a misdemeanor if they believe someone knowingly tampered with, concealed or destroyed evidence.
