PETA Offers To Pay Kim Kardashian Flour Bomber’s Legal Fees (EXCLUSIVE)
Though the animal rights group has denied being involved in the March 22 attack, a spokesperson told Celebuzz:
We don’t believe Kim would be so shortsighted as to go after this woman, but if she does, we’ll definitely look at how to maximize exposure to the cruel fur industry, and that could mean defending the activist if she wishes.
PETA refused to confirm if it knew the identity of the woman, who cops detained but later released without charge.
“PETA is not speculating about who floured Kim and unfortunately we can’t say who sent us the video,” the spokesperson added.
“How much better it would be if she decided to evolve and enhance her image by donating her vulgar furs and exotic-animal skins to the homeless.”
Days after the incident, Kim told E! Online that a change of heart had prompted her to reconsider pressing charges against her assailant.
She said, “I am just going to think about it, because I don’t want someone to think they can really get away with that. So we are going to handle that.”
Whilst anti-fur activists have declared their support of the woman, many celebrities have been quick to show their support.
Carolina Liar frontman Chad Wolf, who performed at Kim’s fragrance launch event held at The London Hotel in Hollywood, Calif., praised how the E! star handled the situation. He told Celebuzz:
I find it amazing what some people will do for attention. For a second there it looked like the night was off, but I was shocked when I got a call saying [Kim] had dusted herself off and we were going on as planned. I really respected her for not letting it ruin what ended up being a great night.
