Have you ever wanted to live like an American Idol winner? Well, here's your chance!

Season 7 champ David Cook has just listed his home in Beachwood Canyon, CA, for a cool $1.5 million ($1,495,000, to be exact).

So, what do you get for the hefty price? According to the real estate listing, the 3,000-plus square-foot mansion has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, a professionally designed recording studio, a custom designed dog yard and, best of all, an excellent view of the Hollywood sign. Sounds tempting - if you have the cash, anyway!

Cook was crowned the winner of American Idol nearly four years ago, and has since released two studio albums.
