Coachella is underway and celebs everywhere flocked to its famous Neon Carnival on Saturday night. Hosted by A|X Armani Exchange and T-Mobile, the annual bash was packed with famous faces.

On-and-off couple Emma Roberts and Chord Overstreet took their rekindled romance to the star-studded event. Around this time last year, the two lovebirds were seen smooching at the carnival -- and it looks like this year was no different!

"Emma and Chord arrived together," a party guest told Celebuzz. "They were kissing by the bar."

Who else was spotted at the event?

A very shaggy-haired Penn Badgley was practically inseparable from his longtime girlfriend, Zoe Kravtiz.

"They were together entire night -- riding rides and looked like two little kids in love," our insider said.

Meanwhile, Hollywood hotties like Usher, Kellan Lutz, Jessica Szohr, Camilla Belle, Gerard Butler, Shenae Grimes, Emile Hirsch, Mark Salling, and Revenge's Christa B. Allen were all out to mingle with fellow concert attendees.
