It suits him, probably because he was naturally blond as a child. The Star Trek character Kirk is fair which is why his hair is lighter in colour. I really don't mind what colour his hair is - it is up to him (or the film studio). One thing is - he does appear happier and more relaxed. Maybe it is true that blonds do have more fun. Dunno.

A+ investigative journalism. (And for the record, that's kind of a restrictive poll... I happen to think he looks amazing with either hair colour.)
He's filming the new Star Trek movie and has had the blond hair since the end of January. Although I prefer his natural hair color I think he looks great as a blond as well.
