Tori Spelling & Dean McDermott Settle Down in New Thousand Oaks Mansion (PHOTOS)

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are moving into new "terriTori." The Hollywood couple and their growing brood have reportedly uprooted from their Malibu home into a mansion located in Thousand Oaks, Calif,.

The 38-year-old mama and her 45-year-old hubby have leased a house that sits on an elevated 2.45 acre lot only accessible by two remote-controlled gates. The recently remodeled house boasts 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms with a detached guesthouse. In terms of space, the property provides plenty of room for the large family, including a level that could be converted into a bowling alley, recording studio or -- seeing how Tori is currently expecting her fourth child in five years -- a jumbo playroom for the kids.

So how much this new pad costing the reality TV couple?

According to Real Estalker, Spelling and McDermott are leasing the home for $15,900 per month. 

With neighbors like hockey legend Wayne Gretzy and singers Paul Anka and Tom Petty just a stone's throw away, it's not a bad price to pay to live among such distinguished last-minute babysitters, right?
