Reese Witherspoon is. Katie Holmes isn't. Megan Fox, well, it's a maybe.

The baby boom is apparently taking over Hollywood. But sometimes the expecting reports prove not to be true, as Holmes' rep insisted to Celebuzz on Wednesday in the wake of a magazine's claim.

On April 25, rumors began to swirl that Tom Cruise and Holmes' six-year-old daughter Suri might be getting a sibling.

But even the 49-year-old Missing Impossible star weighed in on the matter, issuing a denial. “Its false – the [magazine] lied as usual,” a rep for the actor told Celebuzz.

Meanwhile, Transformers star Fox has yet to confirm -- or deny -- her apparent baby news.

According to Star magazine and E! Online, her and 90210 husband Brian Austin Green are expecting their first child together.

Rumors of Fox, 25, carrying a little cub in her belly first spawned when she revealed to Cosmopolitan magazine that she’s ready to be a mom.

“I want at least two, probably three [kids]. I’ve always been maternal,” she told the publication.
