The trick to great arms is high reps and resistance. From arms curls to plank holds and down dogs, work out with a familiar friend on GaiamTV.com and get motivated to sculpt your arms this summer.

Nothing beats a simple push up to tone the biceps, triceps and shoulders.

Remember to:

  • Keep your arms shoulder width apart, palms flat
  • Control your movements – lower slowly and rise slowly
  • Forget counting reps – instead, continue for 1-3 minutes or until you can’t go anymore – then add one more!
  • Don’t forget to breathe through each movement
