Between CinemaCon in Las Vegas and the E! Upfronts in New York City, we saw plenty of this season's hottest fashion strut through the red carpet this week. Stars like Kelly Osbourne, Mischa Barton, and the whole Kardashian clan were all spotted out in their very best (and not-so-great) outfits.
