, Rob himself was also. The actor admitted to the French pulication Premiere
magazine (via Us Weekly

In an interview with the mag — of which he also posed in a photo that he says is Cronenberg (A Dangerous Method, Eastern Promises) inspired — the Twilight actor, 25, admits that this role stretched him, and even changed him in a way.
“Filming Cosmopolis with David changed something in me. It gave me balls.”
He adds, “As soon as I read a script that I liked, I was working myself up, asking myself if I was good enough.”
The film — which has Rob in every single scene — shows R-Pattz’s character Eric Packer with guns, nearly nude women and a few sexy suits. Cosmopolis
