Man Charged with Stalking Mila Kunis Again, Facing Four Years In Prison
A man already convicted of stalking actress Mila Kunis will appear in a Los Angeles courtroom Friday after he was arrested again and charged with violating a restraining order.
In a statement to Celebuzz, The Los Angeles County District Attorney said Stuart Lynn Dunn, 27, has been charged with "one count each of stalking in violation of a restraining order and stalking." He is accused of stalking the 28-year-old Friends with Benefits actress from July 2011 until his arrest in early May.
In one of the more frightening details, it is alleged that he waited for Kunis in the parking lot of her gym on three consecutive days.
The original charge stems from this past January when Dunn reportedly broke into a vacant condo owned by the Ted star and temporarily lived there while she was gone. He also allegedly waited in the parking lot at her gym for three days in a row.
He will be arraigned in court after 8:30 a.m. Friday.
According to the prosecutor, "Bail for Dunn is recommended at $150,000. If convicted as charged, the defendant faces a maximum prison term of four years in state prison."
Mila was most recently rumored to be dating her former That 70's Show costar Ashton Kutcher, but friends are saying they're "just friends."
