Justin Bieber Confesses: I've Thought About Quitting Music
Could you imagine the music world without Justin Bieber in it?
Well, that could have been a very real possibility as the 18-year-old pop superstar recently admitted to thoughts about quitting the music biz all together. Justin first shot to fame in 2009, after his YouTube videos were discovered by Usher, and at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday, Justin told The Hollywood Reporter, "There were so many times when I just wanted to say, ‘Enough is enough, I don't want to do this anymore.’” Say it ain't so!
However, the Biebs did admit what kept him holding on, even when he wanted to call it quits.
Justin credits his fans to keeping him level-headed, and even wrote a track on his new album Believe, out on June 19, to thank them, with the lyrics "You kept my heart from falling," meaning the most to him.
He told THR:
"I think it's so important to me because it's about my fans and how much they've helped me. They really have kept my heart from falling because they've always been there and supported me and cheered me on.”'
