Lauren Conrad is enjoying some time with her new man, William Tell. After about three months of dating, the former Hills hottie, 26, and her University of Southern California law student beau, 32, were finally spotted together in Brentwood, California.

The fashion designer looked sexy and sporty in a ball cap, white sleeveless top and black stretch shorts as she headed off to lunch.

Could Tell be "The One" for the reality star?

"He's either deeply in love or he's on to the next thing. He's the kind of guy you marry," a source tells Us Weekly.

Tell, who is an ex-guitarist for band Something Corporate, has dated The Bachelor runner-up Sadie Murray and Hairspray actress Brittany Snow.

Conrad split from actor Kyle Howard nearly a year ago.
