Kim Kardashian is ready for her close-up on Lifetime’s Drop Dead Diva. Joining the series for a scripted three-episode arc, the E! reality star will put love on the line, when she plays Nikki LePree, a juice-bar hostess-turned-relationship expert.

And according to the show’s star, Kim, 31, was anything but a diva on set.

“She’s very kind and nice. It was fun,” Brooke Elliott, who plays Jane, tells Celebuzz. “She was ready to work and knew her lines.”

On-screen, sparks will be flying for Kim’s love life. So what goes down?

In the series, Kardashian plays guardian angel Fred (Ben Feldman)’s new love interest. The only problem? She’s working on a business venture with his ex, Stacy (April Bowlby)!

Talk about drama! But can we expect the twosome to kiss?

“You’ll have to wait and see!” Elliott teased.

For those unfamiliar with the show, the series follows an aspiring model who gets killed and is brought back to life as an intelligent, overweight lawyer, hoping to find the meaning of inner beauty.

Elliott spilled a few more spoilers that we can expect during the upcoming season. First off, Fred is “going away for a while,” so Jane will be getting a hunky new guardian angel played by Undercovers actor Carter MacIntyre.

“He’s just taking over for Fred. He’s pretty wacky. He does all sorts of weird and wacky things. It’s fun to have a new energy on the show,” she said, adding that “so far no romance has played out between he and Jane.”

And after three seasons of Jane trying to get Grayson to fall for her, the tide has shifted.

“Grayson is looking at Jane in a different way,” Brooke reveals. “He is kind of showing some interest in Jane. But Jane has developed so much that maybe she’s developed right passed Grayson.”

Season 4 of Drop Dead Diva premieres on June 3 at 9/8c! Watch the preview, starring Kim Kardashian, in the video below.
