‘Project X’ Star Oliver Cooper Campaigning to Win ‘On-Screen Dirtbag’ at MTV Movie Awards (EXCLUSIVE)
Oliver Cooper really wants to win “Best On-Screen Dirtbag” at the MTV Movie Awards this Sunday!
In a new category this year, the Project X star is taking it upon himself to campaign for the scummy honor. “I’m the biggest dirtbag of all the characters in Project X,” Cooper told Celebuzz earlier Friday. “The category isn’t ‘Best Onscreen Racist.’ Sorry Bryce Dallas Howard! I’m a true dirtbag, and I have one of the greatest speeches ever planned for the MTV Movie Awards. It’s for the kids.”
Oliver breaks down why the other nominees don’t deserve this award:
“Jon Hamm– he doesn’t need this,” Cooper, 22, says of Hamm who is nominated for Bridesmaids. “He’s got so much going on in his life. I don’t know who his girlfriend is or who he’s banging, but I’m sure he’s got a good life.”
As for Jennifer Aniston, being slutty in Horrible Bosses is nothing to feel bad about:
She’s not a dirtbag. She just wants to have sex! She was the least dirtbag of the whole movie. I would have been like ‘Okay this is great.’
Jen’s Horrible Bosses costar Colin Farrell rounds out the fifth slot.
“I guess he’s a dirtbag in that movie, but he’s good looking,” reasons Oliver. “All the nominees are too good looking. You can’t be a good looking dirtbag, for me, it just doesn’t work. I’ve really let myself go since Project X. I’m about 20 pounds heavier, I’ve got lots of facial hair.”

He’s a double nominee and is also up for Best Comedic Performance, but according to Cooper he’s okay with letting that go to another nominee.
“I feel lucky to be apart of the category, but [best dirtbag] I feel like I can actually win,” Oliver told us.
One thing he’s not so thrilled about is not getting to meet Robert Pattinson on Sunday.
“Is Robert Pattinson going to be there?” he asked us. Celebuzz had to break the news that Rob is out of the country promoting Cosmopolis. “What! That sucks. Oh well, I’m going to go up to everybody and introduce myself.”
In non-dirtbag news, Oliver Cooper just landed a coveted role in Runner Runner, starring alongside Justin Timberlake and Ben Affleck.
“I’m really excited for it,” Cooper said of his next project. “I don’t want to give away plot stuff and get fired, but it’s an online gambling drama is the simplest way to put it. I’m a huge fan of Ben and Justin’s.”
