How 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' Feud Between Melissa Gorga and Teresa Giudice Has Torn Family Apart (EXCLUSIVE)
The children of Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Melissa Gorga have not seen their cousins in four months because of the worsening feud with her costar and sister-in-law Teresa Giudice.
Melissa, 34, revealed the depth of the tension between her and Teresa, 40, in an exclusive video interview with Celebuzz.
But the housewife-come-singer insisted the pair can be civil enough to be in the same room together "as long as she takes my marriage out of the line of fire."
"She is welcome to walk through my door anytime she wants too,” Melissa said.
In a recent episode of the top-rating Bravo show, the acrimony hit an all-time low: Teresa declared that her younger brother Joe, Melissa's husband of eight years, was the "the meanest brother ever."
Seething at her sibling, the loud-mouthed Real Housewives of New Jersey diva asked Joe, "How about being my sister? Being an aunt to my kids?"
Melissa revealed her three children — Joey, 2, Gino, 4, and Antonia, 6 -- have not seen their cousins -- Teresa's four children, Gia, 11, Gabriella, 6, Milania, 5, and Audriana, 2- since February.
While Melissa’s relationship with her sister-in-law continues to be under siege, she described how her friendship with 46-year-old Kathy has been able to survive. the test of time
"[Kathy and I] run our households very similar," Melissa said.
"The man is the king in the house and we are both ok with that. We run our family the same and our children the same, I think its easy for us to understand each other.”
As far as Teresa, an optimistic Melissa said “it’s time to move on and get past it. Just be a family, I am hopeful for our relationship."
