Justin Bieber Serenades Fans From Paris Balcony (PHOTOS / VIDEO)
Justin Bieber has had quite the busy week.
Aside from making headlines with his paparazzi scuffle and his unfortunate run-in with glass wall, the 18-year-old created a traffic jam this Friday when he gave an impromptu performance on a balcony in Paris, France.
Armed with a megaphone, JB serenade the hundreds of fans who gathered outside the Universal Music headquarters as pal Dan Kanter strummed along on a guitar.
How did so many Parisian Beliebers find out about this surprise concert?
Through the power of social networking, of course!
Earlier that day, the "Boyfriend" singer tweeted out the address telling fans to join him for a sing-a-long on the street. After the acoustic session, Bieber thanked those who came out, writing on his Twitter:
Loved singing with all of you #WithDanKanter - just like old times. #AlwaysKidrauhl

On Thursday, the Biebs made the city of Oslo, Norway declare a "state of emergency" after nearly 50 female fans were injured at one of his concerts.
Following that incident, Justin was knocked out cold after running into a glass wall backstage in Paris. Upon returning to his dressing room, the teenage sensation passed out for about “fifteen seconds” and doctors concluded that he suffered a concussion -- leaving his right eyebrow paralyzed.
