Lindsay Lohan Channels Elizabeth Taylor in New Still From 'Liz & Dick' (PHOTO)
Dressed in an emerald beaded gown, Lohan bears an uncanny resemblance to Taylor, who died in 2011 after many, many years of health-related issues at age 79.
Liz & Dick, which will premiere on Lifetime, is arguably Lohan's biggest role since her long-gestating courtroom drama was formally resolved, in March. She's also made appearances on the hit series Glee, and recently hosted an episode of Saturday Night Live.
In a recent interview with Celebuzz, Lohan's mother, Dina Lohan, told us that Lindsay is doing "great," adding that she is "working really hard" on the Los Angeles-based project to honor the iconic actress.
According to recent reports, Ugly Betty hunk Grant Bowler will portray Taylor's on-again, off-again husband, Richard Burton, in the TV movie, which has yet to find a release date.

For all of you saying that Megan Fox resembles Liz taylor more... you need glasses. LiLo actually looks more like her. The fact that LiLo has been all messed up with her life doesn't mean she won't do well in this role. She is not doing a movie of herself people, she is doing a movie of someone else.. jeez!... It's called ACTING!...
So many "haters" in here. Give her a chance.. shes been through a lot. She is working hard and everyone deserves to move forward. Everyone is quick to judge and assume.. shows that you are one sad person, look at yourself first and then judge. I am sure if you were in this spotlight and place (Hollywood) you would not be so "perfect". She is a good actress and i hope she does great so all of you nagging and " i know it all" people can shut up. Megan doesn't even look like Liz... the movie hasn't even come out yet and yet everyone is saying "bad choice" ..yall can see the future or what? lol.. let this girl be .. Good luck Lilo

No. This was a horrible choice. Lindsay looks nothing like Liz. Liz was beautiful, Lindsay's a hot mess. Their faces aren't even shaped the same. They should have cast Megan Fox at least she is really pretty and could actually kind of look like Liz with the proper hair and make-up. Terrible terrible choice casting Lindsay.
Okay Guy's I think she look's good and will do a good job as Elizabeth Taylor. I still like Lindsay as a redhead but she does look good in Elizabeth's dark locks.
