President Obama Sings Carly Rae Jepsen’s ‘Call Me Maybe’ — Sort Of (VIDEO)

10 Things: Carly Rae Jepsen
10 things you didn't know about Carly Jepsen!
Carly Rae Jepsen’s breakout song “Call Me Maybe” is so infectious, it even has President Barack Obama singing its praises.

In a hilarious mash-up video, a number of Obama’s speeches are edited so it appears as though he’s singing along to the 26-year-old Canadian pop star’s hit single.

We guess something like this is easily expected when you’re Justin Bieber’s protege.

Back in February, Big Time Rush star Carlos Pena posted a video of himself, along with 18-year-old Bieber and his girlfriend Selena Gomez, singing along to the song, which ultimately led to the pop phenom signing Jepsen to his label. To date, it has over 40 million views on YouTube.

In addition, a number of other celebs have done their own renditions of the song, including “Firework” singer Katy Perry and Pineapple Express star James Franco.
